OXYGY partnered with a global client to co-create a robust five-year strategy, leveraging broad stakeholder collaboration to confirm ongoing priorities, explore new opportunities, and deliver a transformative roadmap for the future. The project focused on aligning strategic goals with market impact and organizational fit while building consensus across diverse perspectives.

Implementation

OXYGY applied its co-discovery, co-design, and co-delivery methodology to lead a comprehensive 14-week strategy development program. The journey began with an extensive assessment phase, during which the team gathered insights through online surveys and video interviews involving nearly 100 stakeholders from diverse functions and industries. This effort provided a rich tapestry of input on potential strategic opportunities. 

Building on these insights, the next phase involved dynamic workshops with Core and Challenger Teams. These sessions became collaborative arenas where participants debated and rationalized various opportunities. Through these dialogues, priorities were meticulously mapped against both market needs and strategic fit, ensuring that the focus remained on actionable and high-impact initiatives. 

The program culminated in a structured implementation planning stage. Here, OXYGY drafted detailed opportunity charters that laid out clear objectives, defined scopes, and established timelines for execution. These charters were then presented to the Leadership Team, whose unanimous approval signaled alignment and readiness to embark on the outlined strategic roadmap. 

Achievements

Through an intensive and collaborative effort, the project uncovered seven key strategic opportunities, each carefully structured into actionable workstreams. The creation of opportunity charters served as a pivotal step, providing a comprehensive framework that detailed objectives, timelines, and resource allocations. This clarity empowered the Leadership Team to achieve unanimous alignment and ensured a strong foundation for execution. 

The journey doesn’t end there. Implementation owners are now refining these plans, navigating interdependencies and resource constraints to ensure the strategies are both adaptable and effective. Meanwhile, targeted marketing initiatives will communicate the broader vision, fostering widespread understanding and buy-in across the organization. With annually updated working plans, the client is positioned to sustain growth and seize future strategic opportunities with confidence.
