A multi-entity business group lacked a shared vision, leading to misalignment and inefficiencies across subsidiaries. OXYGY guided leadership through a structured process to co-create a Group Vision, align strategic priorities, and develop an execution roadmap. This transformation ensured clarity, governance, and a sustainable long-term business strategy.
From Fragmentation to Focus: Uniting a Scattered Complex Multi-Entity Business Under One Vision

Without a unified vision, subsidiaries operated in silos, limiting synergies and slowing decision-making. Leadership struggled to implement long-term strategies consistently, as priorities varied across the organization. A governance framework was needed to ensure strategic alignment, build consensus among stakeholders, and create a structured approach for execution across the business.
OXYGY conducted interviews, workshops, and assessments to align leadership on objectives. A co-creative approach engaged key stakeholders in defining the Group Vision, identifying strategic priorities, and developing five project charters. A governance framework was established to ensure oversight, and an execution roadmap provided a clear path for implementing strategic initiatives.
The organization successfully came together under a shared Group Vision, supported by a clear roadmap for execution. With greater clarity on strategic priorities, leadership was able to make more confident, cohesive decisions. Project charters provided structure and accountability, while a strong governance framework ensured alignment, enabling sustainable growth across the business.
Voices from the project

Our counterparts strongly supported OXYGY’s Co-Co-Co approach, enabling us to achieve true collaboration. By the final stage of strategy development, all participants had built mutual trust across companies, and seeing them ready for execution made me realize the real power of collaboration – and that our OXYGY approach is truly right!
One of the most signficant impacts of my work is to create tangible results by proposing actionable plans, not ideals or idealism. We do that through an OXYGY-like approach of co-discover, co-design, and co-deliver with clients.
