The first step was to gather deep insights through extensive interviews and surveys, capturing the Voice-of-the-Executives (VOE) and aligning strategy with leadership training priorities. This provided the foundation for an inventory of existing leadership development programs, highlighting strengths, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancement.
Recruiting expert trainers and executive support, OXYGY curated and tailored agendas and entire course materials for each session, ensuring a balance between global relevance and local specificity. A meticulous design process followed, incorporating candidate identification, recruitment, and tailored assessment tools to match the program’s high ambitions.
The program was built around a multi-phase journey, starting with the fundamentals of executive leadership and culminating in demonstrable growth through final presentations. I have an engineering background but have a strong appreciation for the critical importance of people and leadership development. It was fulfilling to bring my design mindset to help align the structure and operations of this program with the strategic goals of the corporate officers and the growth needs of their future leaders.

Designing and delivering a course that allowed all participants, each bringing different perspectives from different countries and subsidiaries, to fully engage and learn was challenging. However, seeing them unite as one team and confidently challenge leadership in their final presentation gave me a true sense of accomplishment.
