OXYGY partnered with a leading sports company to transform their HR organization, aligning it as a strategic business partner through the implementation of SAP Employee Central and upskilling the HR workforce. The project focused on empowering employees to adopt new roles and processes, ensuring the seamless integration of the new system across the business.

Implementation

OXYGY designed a multi-faceted approach to drive adoption and prepare the global HR team for this transformation. This included creating knowledge assets and delivering differentiated change activation sessions tailored to each level of the organization. In support of a global rollout, the toolkit and resources were translated into multiple languages to ensure all employees, regardless of location, could fully engage with the transformation.

At the heart of this effort was the HR Academy, which equipped the organization with essential skills in change management, strategic positioning, and data-driven decision-making. Scenario-based workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for senior leaders prepared them to drive change and engage their teams. Leadership workshops were held at each stage of the transformation, engaging managers as amplifiers of change, ready to inspire their teams. Beyond this, OXYGY built a network of 50+ change champions across major regions to provide on-the-ground support, reinforcing the adoption of new systems and processes.
