State-of-the-art training management, from designing interactive training programs to managing 200 multilingual materials, became a critical enabler for the success of the digital transformation.

The success of the new ERP system relied on its adoption across 80 local entities, where the impact of process improvements and new standards could only be realized if fully embraced by local teams.
Global management had faced challenges with local adoption in the past, often encountering resistance and lack of commitment that hampered the rollout of global standards. Determined to learn from these previous setbacks, they sought to ensure full alignment and engagement from every local entity, making adoption a shared success across the entire organization.
The project’s success relied on a tailored and systematic approach to the local rollout, combining the upskilling of local trainers, customization of training materials, and meticulous coordination of training session logistics. To translate global guidance into effective local implementation, OXYGY developed a detailed master project plan with 150 actionable steps to follow for local entities. This comprehensive plan encompassed the creation of local training schedules, coordination with local trainers, and management of logistics, including session invitations and delivery.
To ensure relevance and usability, training materials were customized to reflect specific local business processes. Overview sessions, such as “What’s New in Finance,” streamlined learning for reporting and management users by focusing on the most essential changes. For role-specific tasks, additional localized materials were developed to address the daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities of roles such as Supply Planners and Customer Care Administrators. Localized reference materials, including frequently used order types and local tax codes, further enhanced practicality and accessibility for users.
To support consistent asset management and accessibility, OXYGY created SharePoint blueprints for local training hubs. These blueprints ensured that training resources were well-organized and readily available to all users.
While the initial rollout adapted the global template to fit local business processes, the focus gradually shifted toward harmonizing local practices with the global blueprint. Through a collaborative and carefully designed approach to standardization, OXYGY enabled local entities to adopt global standards seamlessly, ensuring alignment without alienation.
The successful implementation across the first 20 countries set the foundation for smooth adoption of the ERP system globally. Local teams embraced the new processes with minimal disruption, enabling the business to elevate its operations to the next level without major setbacks or delays. OXYGY’s meticulous planning and adaptable approach ensured the digital transformation was both efficient and impactful, achieving alignment across local entities and the global organization.
