Senior Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated, responsive, and emotionally intelligent professional to serve as a senior consultant on the OXYGY US Team. The OXYGY team in the US is a dedicated group of highly motivated, entrepreneurial individuals focused on rapidly scaling our market and adding value to our rich network of US leaders of global companies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will help senior executives who want to fundamentally change the way they work. The focus of this role is to play a leading role in client projects for your projects, with support of the extended family of OXYGY’s experienced consultants, as you co-develop solutions with clients for complex problems that pose internal challenges. Often, you will act as a solo explorer into our clients’ worlds and help them map and follow a path out of current difficulties.

As part of the OXYGY team in the US, you will play a critical role in building the region into a global center of excellence in transformation enablement – enabling ambitious growth by building new capabilities, adapting to change, and adopting new tools and ways of working. You can also expect to work on the forefront of business model innovation, bringing strategy to life by guiding leadership and their people to become active participants in new business models.

Finally, as a Senior Consultant you will play a lead role on developing core internal processes that will enable the rapid scaling of US-based consulting projects.

Role Description

The Senior Consultant role may include, but not be limited, to the following:

  • Engage senior leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, acting as a trusted client advisor with a deep and strategic understanding of client needs.
  • Identify requirements for the future success of a client organization and crafting those ideas into new project opportunities to engage leadership and support their organizational ambitions.
  • Deliver client engagements, which may include building team or leadership capabilities around new tools or ways of working, managing change and communications programs, designing and deploying new business models, or enhancing go-to-market readiness
  • Expand relationship base and opportunities for new work at existing client accounts and identifying leads to sell services to new accounts.
  • Understand complex and strategic consulting engagements with multiple work streams.
  • Lead multiple teams, ensuring quality client delivery.
  • Nurture relationships with internal team members by communicating regularly and jointly resolving issues to meet client needs, managing peers and more junior resources on projects as appropriate.

What we are looking for: Qualifications

The OXYGY US Senior Consultant should come with a master’s degree and at least 6+ years of experience, preferably with 3 years of experience in management consulting. The Senior Consultant must have experience leading projects and teams with minimal supervision, and direct experience leading capability development, organization development, change management, and/or process transformations.

Ideally this candidate has considerable experience working directly in or as an external consultant in one of two industries:

  • Life Sciences, particularly on the Commercial side (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Ops, Patient Services, Medical Affairs).
  • Fast Moving Consumer Goods, particularly in areas of process design or improvement, supply chain innovation, or data and digital
