When the Americas Supply Chain organization of a global consumer goods company embarked on a multi year transformation journey to implement new supply and demand planning processes and systems and to align roles and responsibilities accordingly, OXYGY was asked to develop and execute a change management strategy and plan that address the ‘people side’ of these changes.
Facing changes to roles, reporting lines and new processes for 1000+ employees and 3000+ stakeholders, OXYGY was engaged to support the related change management, learning and communications aspects. The goal was to ensure high engagement and accelerated change adoption.
