A global consumer good company implemented a new worldwide HR platform based on SAP SuccessFactors, covering the full employee journey from hiring to offboarding. With this platform all employees will share common ways of working, making it easier to collaborate and leverage shared systems & data.
The platform was already live in three pilot countries when OXYGY was asked to enhance learning and communication activities for the further deployment.
