A global consumer good company implemented a new worldwide HR platform based on SAP SuccessFactors, covering the full employee journey from hiring to offboarding. With this platform all employees will share common ways of working, making it easier to collaborate and leverage shared systems & data.

The platform was already live in three pilot countries when OXYGY was asked to enhance learning and communication activities for the further deployment.

OXYGY's Approaches

OXYGY is asked to provide the following services:

  • Improve trainability and end user experience of training curriculum
  • Create a knowledge sharing process from global experts to local trainers
  • Design and deliver a “License to Train” training for local trainers
  • Establish an offline / online  HR community for communication and sharing

Outcomes and value created

  • Enhanced learning experience for all HR processes in scope
  • Package of “License To Train” (in different languages) and several Train-the-trainer sessions to ensure smooth transition to the new platform
  • Community with a tailored purpose and manifesto, supported by an online communication space
  • Community communication plan for 6 months to ensure members’ engagement
