A global apparel leader had ambitions of transforming their HR Organization into a strategic partner to the business able to understand and support business priorities.

The people aspect of this transformation was critical and involved both the adoption of SAP Employee Central by HR, people managers, and all employees and the upskilling of the entire HR organization. Additional change was needed to ensure the senior HR leadership team and their direct reports could act as change leaders and act with one voice in pursuit of the new ambition.

Objectives:

  • Ensure business stakeholders and people managers prepared to accept and adopt the new integrated solution and their responsibilities.
  • Upskill the HR team to prepare them to take up more strategic activities with business stakeholders at the same time as administrative tasks were reduced with the introduction of the new integrated solution.

  • Develop knowledge assets to help the global organization use and follow new processes.
  • Provide differentiated change activation sessions to prepare employees, managers, HR, and regional leaders to embrace their new responsibilities using the integrated solution.
  • Conduct global practice sessions with employees in seven languages to ensure readiness.
  • Create HR academy sessions to upskill the HR organization in change, influence, data insights, and strategic positioning.
  • Facilitate HR leadership team workshops at each stage of the change and upskilling to activate them as amplifiers of the change.
  • Organize a group of change champions globally to support change activities.
  • Manage translation of change and knowledge assets in more than a dozen languages
