Assisted implementing investigation to clarify industry structure, trends and key factors for success etc., mainly in renewable energy, opportunities and threats of manufacturing industry, especially, healthcare, food and energy sectors.
Digital transformation:
Assisted an international food company to promote a corporate-wide digital transformation as a PMO staff, including organization change, business process change, IT systems and culture.
R&D Process Excellence:
Supported R&D process transformation in Japanese leading manufacturing company. Designing new R&D concept and changing R&D process from waterfall into agile in order to decrease time to launch and achieve sustainable product launch. Also helped the project management as a PMO assistant and introducing the new R&D process and management system.
