Business Model Innovation: Challenged and engaged leaders from start-up and large corporate environments to anticipate technological and regulatory change through live-workshops and teamwork.

Internationalization Program: Transformed a major US-based technology provider into an international business through several projects: UK market-entry strategy, designing a new revenue-model and setting-up a proven International launch excellence in-company.

Data Privacy: Implemented and coordinated international data privacy programs with Financial Services clients to achieve compliance with new regulations (including GDPR).

Capability Building: Conducted interviews with Medical professionals, co-developed a capability framework, and designed a job progression program for the Regulatory Affairs department of a global pharmaceutical company.

Knowledge Management: Designed and improved formal and tacit knowledge sharing in global firms by focusing on system-customer relationships, behavior-setting and data-system creation.

Project & Change Management: Managed the project team of a new sales monitoring and targeting system feasibility study for a multinational electrical equipment corporation based in Switzerland, including coordinating country bureaus, building a relationship map of key stakeholders, and designing
a prototyping timeline.
