Business Expansion: co-designed the best strategy for internationalisation and related roadmap for clients in Education and Retail, developing vision & mission, Sustainable Competitive Advantages and USP. Assisted clients with reputational due diligence services. Managed the implementation of clients’ international strategy in collaboration with different service companies at the same time.
