Change Management: Set up a regional IT User Service Desk shared Service Center Organization. Supply Chain Optimization Program Support. Delivered an effective change communication/training concept to enable the launch of a pan-European market research tool. Delivered a launch campaign and secured knowledge transfer for a European Digital Asset Management tool. Developed and organized a change management training academy.

Capability Building/Coaching: Conducted interviews with Market Access, Medical and Regulatory Affairs professionals, co-developed capability frameworks, designed a skills assessment tool and learning modules. Built
a competency/career path framework and a training concept for an IT community. Led an external collaboration network to increase agency engagement & capability building. Improved collaboration of a global R&D function. Plant Recovery Program Support/Coaching.

Digital Marketing: Developed a Knowledge Management platform for a regional Marketing function which has been adopted globally. Improved Digital Marketing capabilities through simpler, more user-friendly processes and systems.

Project Management: Facilitated the transition for a global IT organization, while maintaining a high level of employee engagement. Supported the implementation of a new IT project management methodology.
