Divestiture of a professional haircare business with 1,500 employees to a private equity buyer. Implementation of several multi-year business transformation projects.

Built coaching capabilities for lead teams in FMCG business across CEEMA region. Roll-out of customer experience training/coaching for beauty retailer in EMEA. Developed leaders via tailored action learning and cross-industry collaboration.
