20+ years experience in designing and implementing strategies for global impact, mobilizing resources to achieve measurable, sustainable results. Building diverse, high performing teams is my passion. Finding creative ways to influence and inspire collaboration is at the core my leadership style, developed over many years in the global health and development sector as CEO of an international NGO. The focus of my consulting work is helping leaders create a strong sense of common purpose and vision, then engaging stakeholders to co-design and co-implement holistic approaches to realizing those visions.
