Strategic/Governance: Redesigned a major Japanese firm’s global go-to-market and governance model to align and optimize local and  international operations and accelerate sustainable growth.

Site Transformation: Supported a post-merger integration of a Japanese firm’s clinical operations, including organization, processes and IT systems, in order to seamlessly support global studies.

Innovation: Led innovation and strategy planning workshops focused on instilling a continuous transformation mindset in the Asia Pacific leadership team of a rapidly growing medical device firm.

R&D Excellence: Conducted an operational assessment of a global firm’s R&D practices in China that identified opportunities to localize designs and sourcing and decrease time to launch.

Team Effectiveness: Implemented an executive coaching and competencies development program for a Medical Affairs leadership team to improve global collaboration skills and professional impact.

Operational Assessment: Conducted a benchmarking study on a Japanese biologics production facility which identified opportunities to double productivity.
