Reorganisation and rebranding of a Pharma CMC function

Challenges and tasks

The chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls function of a pharma company was facing restructuring in order to manage the challenges of a growing organisation, in particular to:

-accommodate for the increasing size of the function,

-integrate digital trends, and

-support new strategic vision of the organisation.

  • Objectives were to develop a strategy for restructuring the function, including a plan for the change management and to conduct a branding exercise to refresh the perception and goals of the function.
