Outcomes and value created

In a short period of time, we built a new set of capabilities needed for a profound change in direction (while getting ready for the future) with nine blended learning courses designed based on inputs from SMEs. Our deliverable included:

  • Developing new materials;
  • Adapting pre-existing material from in-person events to virtual formats
  • Video-based content for relevant modules recorded with SMEs
  • Course catalog developed providing high-level overview of all courses
  • Virtual workshops designed and co-facilitated using a range of online tools
  • Recommendations provided for academy rollout approach and communication plan
