Kuala Lumpur / London – OXYGY, the consulting arm of international law firm Bird & Bird, today announced the creation of a new joint venture, OXYGY Malaysia Sdn Bhd with Impactify, whose key member is long-time business partner of OXYGY.
The new entity will combine OXYGY’s track record in digitally driven transformation — integrating People, Process and Performance — with Impactify’s deep local networks to support clients in Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. It will also leverage OXYGY’s experience co-running the European Blockchain Sandbox with Bird & Bird and the European Commission, bringing cutting-edge regulatory and innovation insight to the region.
