About OXYGY

OXYGY is a dynamic, global management consulting firm focused on providing its people with a truly collaborative, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment as we serve our clients’ best interests.

As the consulting arm of the international law firm Bird & Bird, our clients cover multiple industries. We deliver improved business results for our clients by helping them develop new capabilities, increase organizational agility, or execute on strategy. OXYGY is therefore a consulting firm that focuses just as much on strategy as on execution or implementation. Along the way, we believe that our work should have immediate value for our clients (and ourselves), and we strive to ensure that the perfect does not become the enemy of the good.

How we work

A central pillar of OXYGY’s consulting approach is its collaborative model. Every project will involve a great degree of client-facing work, as we prefer to include our clients every step of the way: exploring the challenge, designing, and implementing the solutions.

At OXYGY, you can expect to accrue considerable experience across the whole spectrum of consulting work: prospecting & selling, preparing projects, executing at a high level, identifying future opportunities, and building up internal business competencies.

As a global firm, we regularly work on projects across several countries and regions. You will regularly work with international clients with colleagues from other OXYGY offices and have the chance to develop meaningful connections with our global community of consulting professionals.

MY OXYGY is an accelerated professional development program designed to provide all Business Analysts with the skills required to become successful and independent management consultants. This program will build in you the attitude, knowledge, and competencies to successfully navigate the industry and deliver on OXYGY’s service offerings.
