Change Management: Helped a major German automotive company realize business transformation through the deployment of a new dealer management system. Led a team of 20+ employees/trainers and rolled out user training for ca. 1,100 users. Designed hypercare (user-support) organization and process, with involving 30+ internal/external business specialists.
Digital Transformation: Managing a corporate-wide digital transformation project of an international food company as a PMO: planned and managed entire project timelines, designed R&R of project stakeholders, and trained in-house change agents to achieve sustainable corporate- wide transformation.
Organizational Design: Assisted an international chemical corporation to define roles & responsibilities of various global business management teams. Also, designed marketing models based on product life cycle and created HR strategy to optimize approaches of marketing in each regions.
