My background is in Chemical Engineering. Prior to joining OXYGY, I worked in the Fashion industry as a Production Manager and as a Research scientist in the fragrance and flavours industry. Through both my academic background and diverse experience, I have gained a broad overview of the operational and business challenges across different sectors. I am passionate about exploring innovative ways to help clients build capabilities, improve performance and support them though change management.

Project Management: Designed, developed and facilitated workshops to validate initial findings and involve participants for a better understanding of strategic solutions proposed. Supported project plans and managed deliverables.
Business Process Improvement: Conducted improvements in production planning and procurement in the clothing industry. Identified and evaluated process improvement opportunities in surgery pathways in the Healthcare industry.
Capability building: Developed, evaluated and implemented new process lines for clients in the fashion and electronics industry.
Organization design and change management: Lead an organizational change project in the fashion industry.
Sustainability: As a part of my MPhil thesis, I conducted interviews across FMCG industries focused on identifying the customer’s role in Circular Business Models (CBM). I identified main drivers, barriers to CBM implementation in FMCG and recommended strategies on how to overcome such barriers.
