Leadership Coaching: Improved the effectiveness and impact of leaders and managers within a matrix organization through coaching. Facilitated national and international workshops cross-functional.

Employee Engagement: Improved employee engagement and collaboration by facilitating departmental and cross-functional teams.

Communications: Improved communication and influence skills through the design and facilitation of communication training and workshops.

Learning & Development: Helped to develop a corporate talent development strategy.  Designed and implemented international education programs and leadership training for middle and upper management in English and German. Designed and developed a national Management Trainee Program to grow the talent pipeline. Planned and developed an internal Academy to increase knowledge transfer and standards throughout the company.

Succession Planning: Led an international HR team to develop and implement a group-wide digital succession planning system. Introduced procedures to optimally transfer discovered talents as potential successors throughout the group in the company and to promote the further development of leadership talent.
